Fall Kitchen Tour

Join me for a kitchen tour,
full of Fall Fun!
Ok, I admit it, I went overboard.  I honestly, can't help myself, as I *LOVE* Fall!
You'll hear me saying this from time to time...MORE IS BETTER!!
Less is more, is *NOT* in my vocabulary! ;)
There's a lot going on in this kitchen, but honestly that's what I love about it.  I have to love my kitchen, or I am not going to want to cook in it, so I have made it cozy and warm.
I love that there is a lot of light in this kitchen, especially when we have dark-rainy days.  There is a big window above the sink and a big skylight above, which allows a lot of natural light to come through.
I added a mirror above the table and hung a wreath using wire ribbon.  See the twig cones?  I added some fall lights and garland to dress it up.
I wish my pictures were better, but this kitchen glows at night with warmth.  Above the kitchen window I added a Happy Halloween sign and a bunch of pumpkins and gourds.
Love the range and hood! By the way, I hung my picture above the range using a Command Hook. Yes - they even work on stone. :)
A close-up of the cones.
Here is Mr. Bistro Man, I love him!! Isn't he cute holding some dried corn for the season?
A view from the Family Room.
I love the black and orange colors together.
I couldn't leave the top cabinets undressed, so I added the Autumn sign, some wheat, and a fall arrangement.
You may recall that I made this arrangement last year, it now sits on the kitchen table.
Michael's had these little pumpkins and I thought they were adorable all sparkly and shimmery, so they now sit on the counter-top.
On the other side of the cabinets, I've added Mr. Roo, some pumpkins, and a Pumpkins sign.
  I love candles....
A close-up of my wreath.
When I first began my fall decorating, I had these two lamps on the table, but then changed it out with the twig/lit cones.
I found these cute wood acorns at Tuesday Morning and placed them in the cake holder.
Another look at my little pumpkins from Michael's.
I found two shelves at Ross for $11.99 and decorated them using my fall plates and two topiaries and pumpkins on either side.
I like displaying my fall platter.
Isn't this pumpkin cute?  I dressed it up by adding leaves around the base.
Ross has a really good selection of pumpkins.  If I did a pumpkin post and showed you my collection from Ross, you would be amazed at the variety I have found there.
I got these wood pumpkins from Michael's.
Pumpkin Pasta from Big Lots.
Please excuse the black runner with the bar-stools sitting on it.  It is there so the kids won't scratch the floors.  I need to find a runner that matches my big area rug in the dining area.
Lots of counter space for prepping and cooking.
I used Command Hooks to hang my wreaths on the glass doors.
I found the Autumn Blessings sign at HomeGoods.  You may recall that sign hanging from my pot rack at the VA house during Fall. ;)
A close-up!
I placed little Miss Pumpkin Girl on top of the Dress Form.
I found the Dress Form at Ross for $39.00 and the apron was $8.99.  Now I can change the apron for the seasons.
I bought these little Halloween characters at HomeGoods and placed them on top of the cabinets in the desk area of the kitchen.  The kids love them!
Chillin' in the kitchen! ;)

Well folks....that's it! I hope you enjoyed the tour.  Thank you all for your comments on my foyer.  I have been very slow to respond to say thank you, so please forgive me.  Hope you're all having a great week!  Be sure to join in on the Fall Giveaway fun.  I will be giving away another $100.00 this Friday, so if you haven't signed up, click on the giveaway button in the far upper right hand corner.

Oh I love it, love it, love it all! I really love your lamps over by the sink area. That looks fantastic. Your lighted cones and all your other light accents are wonderful too. I haven't done a bit of fall decor in the kitchen this year, how boring is that? I may have to do something about that soon, your kitchen is very inspiring! It is beautiful!

Wow, you have definately been busy, and it has certainly paid off! You have everything looking beautiful as usual. I love warm and cozy and have been working to cozy things up here for the winter months, but still went with the less is more theme when it comes to fall decor. Your making me want to drag more decor out of boxes after seeing all of yours.
