Fall In The Family Room
Hi Everyone, sorry I haven't posted much the past few weeks, I've been busy playing catch-up around the house. I apologize for getting the Autumn Arrives Party started late, so I will leave it up through the weekend. Link up as much as you would like! =) Join me and I'll show you around the Family Room.
In the pictures below, I love how the sunlight hits the curved wall in the evening, it really accentuates the curved wall.
It seems the Disney Channel runs 24-7 in my house.
At the top of the entertainment unit, I added two different garlands. One is twiggy garland, and the other one is a berry garland in fall colors. I added pumpkins and gourds in various sizes.
On the coffee table there is a basket full of pumpkins and corn.
We have a Bio Cube Saltwater Reef Tank in the family room, so these little Halloween Characters sit on top of it! ;)

I'm with Val.... when's the girl's supper for loyal readers? :-) Love how you pull off the finished look while still keeping a room you would feel comfortable just plopping down in and watching TV. Such a beautiful room, Liz! I'll bet it's really comfortable on that couch; a throw and a good movie and I'd be set! : ) Love your Fall touches. It can be a little challenging to decorate in a room that doesn't have a lot of wall space. That's like the sunroom in our new place. Between windows and a french door it doesn't leave much room for furniture or wall decor.

Gorgeous as always! You put so much thought and love into each detail! I can't think about Christmas yet (even though I am almost done with my shopping!) as it is still in the 80's! It is supposed to cool off to 70 tomorrow! We will freeze!

Love all your fabulous fall decor! I have to ask, what did you do with those large acorns you purchased from Big Lots? As soon as I saw them, I went out and purchased two sets; the problems is I'm not sure what to do with them. I haven't spotted them yet in your fall decor and wondered if you used yours?

Everything is just beautiful in your home! I especially love the fireplace and your leather sectional couch! Very 'family roomish'! I also have Disney Channel on 24/7! Pretty bad when I could tell what shows were on by the snipets of scenes in your photos! ;)
