Thank you for sharing this!!! What a simple but effective thing! My goal this year is to lose 3 to 4 pounds a month. That seemed more doable to me than saying I wanted to lose thirty pounds. My best friend is a nurse and she said you have to cut your portions in half and exercise. Like you said, I have trouble cutting my portions! I love food and enjoy eating! I am a fairly picky eater too so it makes it tough to do traditional diets. I am going to give this one a try!

I am excited for you and your trip to Paris. We have been about 8 times and I always love it! There is just something so spectacular about seeing the Eiffel Tower. My favorite is at night when it is all lit up. Oh, you are going to have so much fun!

Hi Liz, So nice to "see" and hear you on video. I know weight is a struggle with me too.....I think your great and beautiful now!!!!Water is good for us too so it sounds like a good option. Thank you for sharing and your blog even though you are such a busy mommy and wife. We are hosting a luncheon after church prayer service for my dad and when I was so tired and still am today with preparations, I kept thinking of you and all your motivation to make everything the best for church guests. Wow, I can totally see a difference between the first and second video of you. That's awesome. What I thought was cool was that the news article said you only needed to drink 8 oz. before, during, and after... that's only 1 cup and totally doable. Another good trick is to wear a pedometer and shot for a minimum of 10K steps per day. It's easier than one would think! :-) Loved seeing your videos.... miss you! -Jen

Hey girl, well after commenting that it would be nice to see more pics of you this was great seeing your videos. I've never heard of this diet but I'm always trying to drink more water so I might have to try this. Keep us posted, you're doing great!

Thanks for sharing! I lost 90lbs about 12 years ago and have kept it off but it is hard to lose that last 10lbs :( I am going to try this b/c I think it would fill you up and eat less! Best wishes on the diet!! Keep us posted!

On new years I started the 10,000 steps per day. I was just reviewing your video and I'm shocked ! I think I can do that! Is it cold water from the tap, refrigerated etc. does it matter. I always weight 105 lbs until I hit 50 and I started gaining weight. This is great no pills good healthy water! Thanks liz for sharing. Do u get hungry 2 hours later?
