Day 38 on the Water Diet/Progress Pictures

Hi Everyone!! I've decided to retire the Water Diet Blog Party, simply because there just wasn't enough interest.  Thanks to those who participated, I really appreciate it.  I think our weight is a personal thing and although I seemed to have a lot of interest via email, not so much when the blog party rolled around, which is fine.  I will continue to share my journey and post every Friday. =)

------
So, onto my results...
This week I lost 2 pounds with a total loss of 19 pounds!! YIPPIE!!  Next week will be exciting for me, because I just know I will reach my 20 pound goal!! Woo, hoo!  I did not make exercise a priority like I had hoped, I guess I was a bit too ambitious, so this weekend I will amp up the exercise on into next week.  Wish me luck! ;)
-------
Do you all prefer a video, or pictures?  I don't want to bore y'all with the same kind of video each week.  In the photos above, I hope you can see the difference in my face after having lost 19 pounds, I definitely can. Well, 21 more pounds to go!! I just know I'm going to make it happen, I'm on a roll! =)
Thanks to all of you for your wonderful support, it means a lot.

Have a great weekend everyone! xo ~Liz

Congrats Liz!!! I really have been trying to drink my before/during/after water at each meal and have really found that other than having to have a bathroom in close proximity at all times (LOL!) I'm feeling great and loving the impact on my body and my energy. Thanks for being an inspiration my friend! :-)

Congratulations, you look fabulous! I think your idea was great but I think life is so demanding for most of us that have families and for those of us who also have to work outside the home it's so overwhelming most days. It's so hard for me to do all the things I would like to but one thing is for sure, you and your blog are very encouraging and whether you post pictures or videos, I always smile because I can tell you put your heart and soul into it. Keep doing what you are doing and know that you have many friends to encourage you along the way.

Many blessings,

Marie

Stunning simply stunning! that's you! because of you I'm on the treadmill every morning for 1 hr.
I am reaching my goal of 10,000 and plus steps per day. Even though I'm still on the water diet with you, I can't seem to drink the full bottle during my meal. But I'll save my weight loss and just show the before and after photos when I've reached my goal. Now mind you I'm must older than you so my weight loss is probably much slower. You where my inspiration and my husband and daughters thank you and so do I.

Olga said...

Good job Liz! You look great! I don't like to excercise myself but, I've been walking a couple of miles on the treadmill since it's been so cold out. Maybe you can start out with something like that.

Michelle said...

That is so AMAZING! who would have thought! I have been trying to shed some pounds too! I upped my water intake just because of what you've been doing! Keep up posted!

OH MY GOODNESS LIZ!!! You look great! BUT you did before as well!!!! I just wanted to apologize for not being here like I had 100% intended on being - it has been a crazy CRAZY 2 months - and life just never ceases to amaze me any more :) - I too have been trying (key word TRYING) to do as you have been doing - there have been a lot of distractions in life the past 2 months that have not allowed me to "FOCUS" - but this week I decided - THIS IS LIFE - this is how it is going to be - so... I better just buck up now and stop making excuses! So... here I go! 100% on board! You have inspired me and I know I can do this! I'm so happy for you! It feels so good to see and feel your progress - such a good motivator those lost pounds are! :) KEEP IT UP LIZ!! I think you are just adorable as always! I surely will try to be a better BLOG-LAND friend... and friend too! WAY TO GO!!! You are doing FABULOUS and I'm so super happy for you! Have a wonderful weekend too!
