I am so proud of you!! You are doing AWESOME girl!! I started the whole water diet today and I feel like I wanna throw up from all of this water lol did you feel like that? Please tell me yes!! I do not exercise either I do not find it fun. But you can do it!!

I don't suppose it would work to link a post about how I stuffed my face with strawberry cupcakes today would it? But I did manage to work-out four times this week, so hopefully that counts :-) Two days I did 10K steps walking and two days I did 30 Day Shred plus 10K steps walking. I'm glad you are finally getting on the work-out band wagon, it feels so good (ok, not during obviously, but def after!). My goal for next week is to cut the sugar back to a minimum or at least reasonable level and keep up my workouts. For anybody who is just getting started I recommend getting a cheap pedometer and shoot for a minimum of 10K steps a day.

Wanted to tell you one of my little tips for not eating too much: About 30 minutes to an hour before a meal, I eat an apple. It keeps me full and from overeating. Something about all that fiber just works! Of course, I'm still drinking all that water too. I only want to weigh once a month so another week and I'll see what progress I've made.
Keep up the good work. I'd like to see more of the meals that you eat.

Yeah for you!!! That is so exciting that you reached your first goal. I lost my 4 pounds this month so I am happy with it, but I have to get on the wagon more so than I am. I cheat... a lot. Exercise is so hard to do. I am so bad and feel the same way as you. I did do a body boot camp one time and lost 14 pounds and 17.5 inches. I loved it and would actually feel bad when I didn't exercise, but it is so easy to get out of the habit of doing. I am running my 5K again in Disney so I have to get on it and train a little bit!! Ugh... I hate exercise!

Congrats lady!! I just started WW a few weeks back and this past week when I was sick was a bad week so I will be getting back on the wagon on Monday. I will have to remember your party! I use to have Weigh IN Wednesdays and nobody ever seemed to want to join in.

Liz you are ADORABLE,, keep up the good work girl, such an inspiration. I am still on vaca down here in Florida with no scale...I am trying but being on vacation is just the hardest thing to stick to something..I am hoping when we get home next week i will have lost a few lbs though and that is a start right! i love your new stuff that you have been sharing, catching up this a.m. on my blog reading and had to come check out what you've been up to...looks fantastic as always!
