Water Diet - Day 45

Hello!  Sorry for the late post, I had a SUPER busy week.  Just a quick update, see below...
Nothing new to report this week.  I have finally hit a plateau....grr!  I had one off day last week, can you guess what day it was?  I'll tell you, Valentine's Day!! I, umm, got into a box of chocolates.  I had 4 pieces of Sees candy.  Shame on me, and I went to dinner and "indulged" just a little. The rest of the week I was pretty good, however, I didn't drink as much water as I should have.  I did work out....YIPPIE!!  I must admit, I enjoyed it. So....back on track.  I lost a 1/2 a pound with a total loss of 19 1/2 pounds.  I'm going to have to work hard to push through this plateau, so wish me luck.

I hope you're all having a great weekend!!  xo ~Liz

That's OK Liz you look fantastic and are doing great! Sometimes it's good to have an off day or two because it gets your metabolism going again and you start to drop fast again. I know it always works for me.

Hi Liz,
Congratulations on your weight loss! You are an inspiration. I started the diet and lost 10 pounds in 19 days. I was so excited! But, like you, I was not exercising. I knew exercise was important, so I started walking on my treadmill for 30 minutes a day. Well, the weight loss almost completely stopped. I have only lost 2 more pounds for a total of 12 pounds in 31 days. I've been told that I'm building muscle so that's why I'm not seeing the results as rapidly as I'd like to on the scale. I can definitely tell a difference in my clothes though! So, I say all that to say, don't be discouraged! You are doing great! I enjoy keeping up with your success and LOVE your blog!

You look terrific. I am trying to loose 20 lbs. I hate it, but I feel so miserable. That's a great incentive. Good luck, keep up the good work. Hugs, Marty

Whenever I hit that wall with Weight Watchers, I changed up my diet, threw some different foods in there, and bam...the weight came off. You can do it!!

I hate plateaus. You're doing great though! I've found that I have to let myself indulge a little or I feel like I'm missing out.
