Hi Everyone! Well, I'm crazy, but you all knew that, anyway, and I've begun to decorate for Fall!
I'm getting an early jump on it this year and I sure had fun today tweaking and playing with different arrangements. =)
I got the candle holders at Michael's last week, 50% off! I love a good deal, don't you? The large one was $4.99 and the smaller one was $3.99.
Today, at Safeway, I picked up two Curly Willow bundles and planked each side of the mantle with them.
I added a leaf garland to the mantle and started placing pumpkins and pine cones down upon it...then ran a berry garland up and over the pumpkins.
I sat two twig pumpkins on top of the Tuscan candle holders and varied them at different heights.
I will be adding the final touches to this soon.
The photos below are some "sneak peeks"...so I hope you like what you see so far!
I L O V E ~*~ F A L L!!!
Thanks for stopping by! When will you start the fall transformation?
Happy Decorating!
xoxo ~Liz

I love fall, too. I'm just not quite ready to say goodbye to summer. Your displays are gorgeous.
everything looks so beautiful. I was just checking the calendar today to see when fall begins. I have a way to go so I'll start sometime in early august. Thanks for sharing. Now my creative spirit is flowing.
You are a crazy woman but I love it! I can't let go of summer yet and will probably start fall decorating mid september. The twiggy pumpkins on the candlesticks are brilliant!
Looking good Liz! Love what you have done so far. My creative juices have been flowing too. I'll probably start decorating soon . Trying to come up with something different for the mantle. Hmmmm
If I lived in a cooler climate, I would begin to decorate for Fall too! I love the season! Everything about it. The colors, the smells, the traditions, the food, the weather!! Although, truth be told, we don't get a "Fall" here. We will stay hot through October. Bleh!!
Love your pretty things!!!!
XO Kris
Your killing me. I am still holding on to summer. lol. Looks great though!
I love your fall decor, Liz! Its gorgeous!! I must say I cannot believe you've started already! :) you are making me want to start but I think ill hold off til end of August I sure will have fun getting so many ideas from you though!! Keep it coming! Ohh and I love that arrangement in the sneak peak did you make it?
Wow Liz seeing your fall decor makes me want to start on mine it looks fabulous and I love it very very pretty. Happy Fall Decorating to you my friend! Hugs and Blessing Maggie
Your fall decorations are very pretty! I usually start decorating for fall around the end of September. I have a lot of fall colors in my home already. I just add to it with some harvest items and leaves.
LOVING it, Liz! Fall is my favorite time of year, and I can't wait to decorate if I can just find the time. Your decor is beautiful as usual.
Very pretty, Liz! I love how your mantel looks! I've been getting slapped in the face by Fall every time I walk into Hobby Lobby. : ) It's all right there in the front and I always stop to look. Not that it's changed since they set it up, but I like to see if I have similar items at home already that I might be able to use when I'm ready. I should actually go up in the attic and make sure I can find everything. Last year, when we moved it was Fall decorating time and I couldn't find half my stuff!
Your displays are always so wonderful! I love fall, too - but I can't even begin to think of putting out my fall decor since it was 98 here in GA yesterday. Ugh. But I'm a native New Yorker and for me, fall starts the day after Labor Day. Besides...I still need to get working on my 'home store' to find all of my stuff!! Have a great day.
makes me excited..wonder where in the heck my punkins are!
Hi Little Liz! OH, honey, this is beautiful! I love your mantle and I'll bet it does feel a lot more like fall up your way than down here on the coast of Texas! You have such a wonderful decorating eye and your arrangements and vignettes are always gorgeous as this is!
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
I'm so ready for fall! I want the cool weather, my uggs, candles, long sleeve shirts, a new purse, you name it! 2 months to go...
Fall is my favorite season too! Your fall touches look beautiful Liz! I love the pumpkins in your galvanized can. I usually start decorating in Sept. after the kids go back to school.
Hi Liz! Love, love, love the mantle all decked out for fall, it's gorgeous! I start early too so I can't wait to see what else you've come up with. Blessings, Dani
Oh you little stinker, I'm desperately trying to hold off until mid-August, but you are making me so tempted....lol! Your mantel is beautiful. You find the neatest things at Safeway. I'm going to have to find one around here!
I think it's funny how some people say they can't think of decorating because it's too hot. Well, if I waited until it actually cooled down, I wouldn't be decorating until November. Nope, not waiting that long. Bringing out the fall decor & all the colors is what keeps me sane through the last couple of months of HOT AZ weather. I just lower the air-conditioner, light a pumpkin candle & stay inside! Beside, school starts next week for the children around here & that signals "Fall" for me!
Keep having fun and please, please, please keep on sharing your wonderful ideas!
xoxo,
CAS
I left you an award on my blog!
I love fall, it's my favorite. I feel like summer is just flying by and I'm not ready to say good-bye to summer just yet!!
I like your little twig pumpkins up on the rust colored candlesticks. You got a great deal on those candlesticks. I saw them in Michaels for a lot more than what you got them for. Way to shop!! I look forward to all of your fall pretties that you'll be sharing with us.
Thanks for all of your support the past couple of weeks, too. I appreciate it so much. hugs...
I have been talking lately about nesting & wanting Fall to be here! Glad to know that others have the itch as well. I am excited that you will be posting Halloween in a few days. I will live through you for a while. It will keep me from decorating early as well. I love all of your postings. Have a great day!
..... at this rate ~ you'll be decorating for Christmas in October ;)
So pretty! I'm ready for fall. Yesterday the heat index was 117. CRAZY!
my creativity train ran out of steam until you started posting again..I've always liked your "stuff" and your style...thanks Liz! :)
Great job! Man I'm not ready to think of fall yet! I love summer and I'm not ready to move into fall deco yet.
I like those woven pumpkins on the candlesticks! Good ideas!
I've been thinking a lot about fall lately, too. I can't wait for the weather to cool off, however, I don't think we'll have a colorful one w/ the lack of rain here in southeast Missouri. =0
Hi!!
I'm your newest follower and I LOVE FALL!!! Love your mantle and all the fall treasures.
I'll start my fall decorating just before Labor Day.
Looking forward "getting to know" you and more great ideas.

Girlfriend, you are crazy(!), and that is why we love you! Your Fall decorations look beautiful. I love all of the rich colors and vignettes. Look forward to seeing more!
Everything is simply beautiful. I am a summer girl. I can do without fall and winter. I live in California. I get really depressed when fall rolls around. I know my summer is going bye bye...lol. I decorate for summer and Christmas. That's it. I have no problem however, coming over to your blog and seeing all of your gorgeous vignettes. Keep posting!
Have a great week. :-)
